Clam shell mobiles
Clam shelled mobile phones are that type of mobile phones in which the pieces can be folded against each other. The biggest advantage of using this phone is that it allows you to talk over the phone more clearly. The reason is simple, that the design of the phone automatically brings your mouth close to speaker while talking. Also, you need not worry about your phone keys getting scratched. Open faced mobiles are somewhat different from clam shell mobiles. These are the mobile phones that do not fold and has got a separate section like clam shell mobile. All the screens and buttons are on the front, thus you need not mechanically access them.
Also, since open faced mobiles are single unit unlike the clam shelled ones, there is very less chances of them breaking. However, their design makes them prone to scratching and cracking of screen.
